Returns

The Small Print

At Eler we offer a 15-day return policy which gives you, the customer, 15 days within receiving your package to request a return/ refund.

To return, all items must be in their original packaging unworn and unused. Make sure to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not possible upon items sold on sale.

EXCHANGE

The best way to exchange would be to request for a return and refund on your existing product and place a new order.

DAMAGE & ISSUE

​

Once you receive your package, please take the time to check your item carefully to see if you got the right product or if there are any defects. In case of damaged items, please take a photo of the damage for proof and send it to our email, along with your order number. We will access the situation and contact you back with a way to move forward.

REFUNDS

​

Once we have received your returned items and inspected them, we will let you know if the return is approved. In the case that it is, a refund will be made to you. Please keep in mind that the time may vary in which the money is delivered.
