Shipping Time: At Eler we aim to ship out packages within 24 hours of receiving the order. This may be subject to delay upon release of any new collection.

Shipping Cost: We offer two shipping options for any purchases outside of the Netherlands. Both options are delivered by PostNL, however, one option gives you the option to track your package and see where it is.

Order Pick-Up
We offer the choice for buyers to pick up their order which means there are no shipping costs. The pickup location is at Lelystad Centrum as we do not have a store location yet. It is the customer's responsibility to show up and pick up their order in the time given and there will be no negotiating. Pick-up will be from 12:00-13:00 every Wednesday. If the customer missed the pickup window, the package will be scheduled for pick-up the following week. The customer may contact us after purchase if delivery is preferred and we will set that up.
